Characteristics of Riesling DOP

Light yellow Yellow almost greenish colour. Delicate and ethereal bouquet with peach, apricot, quince and green apple notes. Lively and elegant on the mouth.

Recommended pairings while tasting this Riesling DOP

It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. It’s an excellent aperitif and it can be paired with fish dishes, like shrimp cocktail, seafood and lobster.
