Weinbeschreibung
The Riesling DOC is a white wine produced in Lombardia in the vineyards located in the oriental side of the Oltrepò of Pavia. The grapes are 100% Riesling Italico.
The characteristics of the Riesling DOC
It has a straw yellow color. The scent is pleasant and delicate, of medium persistence and floral flavors. The taste is dry, fresh, agreeable and harmonic.
Suggestions for the Riesling DOC
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 8-10°C. It is suggested to be joint to risotto, fish courses and vegetables savoury pies.
