Weinbeschreibung
The Pinot Noir of Château Feuillet from Valle d'Aosta is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. After the harvest, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in steel plus a small part in small barrels. In spring the different masses are assembled before the final bottling.
Characteristics of this Valdostan wine
Bright red wine characterized by scents of cherry and currant and a spicy finish. In the mouth it is elegant, soft, with nice tannins.
Suggested food pairings tasting this Valdostan wine
Excellent with red and white meats and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in glass not very large.
