Petite Arvine DOC Anselmet

The Petite Arvine of this Valle d'Aosta winery is made with 100% Petite Arvine grapes grown at 800 meters above sea level, on sandy morainic soils. The vinification takes place in oak barrels with fermentation for 25 days and final refinement of 8 months in French barrels with batonnage process.

Characteristics of this white wine

To the organoleptic examination this wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with fruity and floral olfactory notes, while in the mouth it stands out for its freshness and acidity, with a beautiful mineral note on the finish.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine

It is a very versatile wine ideal with appetizers, seafood main courses and fresh cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 10°C in a not too large glass.
