This Ca' Brione wine from the Nino Negri winery is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni and Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. Created in 1986, this wine has a marked minerality and elegance, thanks to the sandy loam soil: the vineyards are located between 300 and 550 metres above sea level and face south. The grapes are harvested in September and then pressed: the must obtained after decanting is fermented at a temperature of 18-20°C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains on the fine lees for 6 months and all parts are blended before bottling.
Characteristics of this Ca' Brione wine
It has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet is very intense: elderflower, black locust, white-fleshed fruit and spices. On the palate, it is very harmonious and mineral.
