Wine description
Passerina Igt is a fruity white wine which comes from the well renewed Cascina del Colle winery. Grapes are 100% Passerina, cultivated on a hilly area. Vintage starts at the end of September and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C. This wine is released on the market only after a bottle refinement of at 3 months.
Characteristics of Passerina Igt
Bright, straw yellow in colour. Delicate bouquet with floral and herbal notes. It is surprisingly fresh and sapid on the mouth: taste is balanced by its softness.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
It should be drunk in a smooth crystal glass at a temperature of 10-11°C. It is perfect with appetizers, main courses with fish and white meat.
