Wine description
Negroamaro is a red grape variety grown exclusively in Apulia, particularly in Salento. The “Primo Nobile” Salento of the Winery Mediterranea is a red wine that well represents the quality of these lands. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and undergo maceration for 8-10 days, then, after pressing, the must is fermented in vats. After fermentation, the wine is poured and centrifuged again.

Its color is deep red with orange reflections. Its aroma is vinous. The palate is full and harmonious.
