This wine is composed by 100% Gewürztraminer and praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC. The manual harvest is followed by soft pressing, fermentation and aging on lees in steel. Clear straw yellow colour enriched by a deep and aromatic perfume that recalls tropical fruits and yellow flowers. After a while, the bouquet is completed by mineral shades and sensations of citrus fruits. The taste has some connection with the sense of smell, it is structured and balanced.

This wine is really versatile. It is perfect with savoury preparations like “fegato alla veneziana” (liver dressed with vinegar, onions salt and pepper). It has to be served at 8-10°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
