Weinbeschreibung
This wine is produced with 100% Traminer grapes. The maceration of the pressed grapes lasts for 18 hours at a controlled temperature of 11°C. It is managed in specific containers protected by oxygen through the recycling of its fermentation CO2, to reduce the quantity of antioxidants. The must then ferments and ages on its yeasts for 5 months in steel containers.
Features of “Traminer Aromatico DOC”
Straw yellow colour with gold shades. Its perfume is intense and aromatic with hints of vanilla. The taste is fresh and soft with a long and persistent final. Great with aged cheeses and crustaceans.

Perfect with starters like oysters, seafood and savoury cheeses. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the scents.
