Wine description
Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, this Franciacorta Brut is the first organic Franciacorta from Villa Crespia Winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, refinement and maturation take place in steel too on the lees for 7/8 months. 18 months in the bottle follow for the refinement phase.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Brut
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color and a very fine perlage. The olfactory notes recall ripe fruit and white flowers, on the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, with a savory finish and good persistence.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Franciacorta
Try it in combination with raw fish or vegetable-based dishes. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a tapered glass.
