Description du vin
The cultivation soil of the Chardonnay grapes is marl and sandy with a rocky sub-layer that once transformed it becomes the “ponca” characteristic of the Collio area. The exposition is south-west, north-east. It rests 4 years in bottle.
Characteristics of the white Chardonnay
It has a bright straw yellow color with green reflections that exalt the freshness and youth. The smell is intense, fruity like banana and golden apple, and it is also aromatic and persistent. The taste exalts the natural aromas.
Suggested pairings with this white wine Jermann
It is perfect with crustacean and vegetables soups. It is perfect with the monkfish too. The ideal service temperature is 12°C in a high and wide wine glass.
