Wine description
The vineyards of the Jermann winery from Friuli are located on sois rich of marl and sand with Eocene origins with a sub-layer called “Ponca” characteristic of this area and the exposition is south-west, north-east. There are used exclusively Sauvignon grapes and It can be rest in bottle for 4 years.
Characteristics of the Sauvignon
It has a bright straw yellow color with light green reflections that underline the freshness of this wine. The smell is intense, persistent, fruity with elder flower aromas. The taste is dry and full but also elegant and balanced.

It is perfect with sea risotto or with white fishes. It is perfect with the lobster. It must be served at 12°C in a high and wide wine glass.
