The vinification is traditional with a maceration of 12-15 days, followed by aging for 14 months in little barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Characteristics of Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC
Its color is ruby red with violet hues at a young age and garnet with aging. The aroma is intense with hints of black cherries and plums. The palate is fresh, full, with a balanced acidity.
