Wine description
The "Nativae" Abruzzo Pecorino of Tenuta Ulisse is a wine made from 100% Pecorino grapes, grown in the vineyards of Crecchio, province of Chieti. After manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation takes place in cement tanks with yeasts naturally present on the grapes, without temperature control or filtration. It is then aged in cement tanks and then in bottle.

On the organoleptic test, this wine from Abruzzo has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is dominated by mineral and fruity scents and floral nuances. In the mouth it is savory and juicy with an acidic note that gives freshness to the palate.
