Description du vin
This Pinot Noir is characterized by little red fruits. It is cultivated in Sicily, where the frequent thermal excursions of Regaleali take care of the plants. 36 months on yeasts and classy pale pink. It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, planted in Regaleali estate, in the district of Palermo. The wine making follows the “champenoise” method that considers the second fermentation in the bottle.

Pale pink colour enriched by delicate scents of red fruits, apple and crust of bread in the final. The taste is mineral, delicate, balanced, refined and classy.
