The Vernaccia of San Gimignano DOCG is a white wine produced in Tuscany in the San Gimignano area. This white wine is produced by the agricultural company San Quirico is a biological wine. The company philosophy, that since 2004 is been producing biological and biodynamic wines, is that to offer quality wines, healthy (without pesticide reminders) and produced in harmony with the nature where the vineyards are located. The grapes used is 100% Vernaccia of San Gimignano.

Characteristics of the Vernaccia of San Gimignano

Aesthetically it has a bright yellow color. The scent is fruity and characteristic. The taste is sweet, dry with some floral flavors.

It has to be served in wide with wine at 8-10°C It is perfect to be drunk with white meats, main dished based on fish and fried fish.
