Wine description
The label of this wine contains all its essence. 100% Vespaiola, cultivated on the hills od DOC Breganza, on volcanic soils full of tuff. The wine making process starts with 2 days cold maceration followed by soft pressing. 4 months aging in steel conclude the process.
Features of the wine “Torcolato” by Maculan Winery
Light straw yellow full of green reflections. The intense scent is characterized by mature tropical fruits. Its taste is dry, fresh, sour, aromatic and persistent.
Recommended food pairings while tasting the wine “Torcolato”
Perfect with local dishes like “baccalà alla Vicentina” or “asparagi alla bassanese”. In general, it is suggested with fish or grilled vegetables. It has to be served at 8°C.
