CAPO3 is a Charmat Method Long Sparkling wine that is born from the search for autochthonous grapes of the Alto Trevigiano. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that the percentage of the grapes varies from year to year, depending on the quality of the harvest: this gives a certain exclusivity of the product because its quantity varies from year to year.
