The "GRILLAIA" Extra Dry Sparkling Wine is produced alone with autochthonous grapes of Alta Murgia. It is also part of the project of Masseria La Sorba, which was born from the will of Foss Marai to make available all his knowledge to give a contribution to the revaluation of the Murgese territory.
Characteristics of this "GRILLAIA" Extra Dry Sparkling Wine
On the organoleptic examination, this Spumante is characterized by a yellow color with greenish reflections, with fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet has floral notes of white and citrus flowers but also fruity; these floral and fruity elements become even more marked on the palate.
Suggested pairings by tasting this product from Foss Marai Winery
Perfect in combination with blue fish and white meat. Also excellent as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8°C in a slender glass.
