The Spumante Extra Dry Giro d'Italia of Astoria winery was born in vineyards located in the town of Crocetta del Montello, in the province of Treviso. It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand between September and October. After the classic white vinification processes, the fermentation takes place by refermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method.
Spumante Extra Dry Giro d'Italia's features
It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a clear and delicate scent, with hints of yellow fruit, enriched by pleasant floral hints. The palate is harmonious and creamy, good freshness.
