Wine description
This Pinot Nero from Zorzettig Winery is a particularly light and fresh Friulian red wine. It is made from pure Pinot Noir grapes, which after harvesting and pressing macerate for 8 days at a controlled temperature. Maturation takes place in large barrels for 6 months.
Characteristics of this Friulian wine
It presents itself with a ruby red colour. The nose impresses with an olfactory profile reminiscent of red fruits and spices. On the palate it impresses with a great harmonic structure and good persistence.
Recommended pairings with this Friulian red wine
Excellent with meat and game dishes but also with mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 C°.
