Pfefferer SUN COLTERENZIO

This white wine from Colterenzio Winery is a limited edition that comes from the use of three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon. These varieties are harvested at the same time and subsequently vinified. Then follows the fermentation at 15 ° C in steel vats and a refinement on fine yeasts.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections: the nose is pervaded by notes of white pulp fruit, wild flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and aromatic.
