This white wine from Cantina Fantini was born from the company vineyards of Ortona, near Chieti. Following careful manual harvesting, the grapes are subjected to crushing with subsequent contact with the skins for approximately 12 hours. This is followed by soft pressing, clarification of the must and subsequent fermentation at a temperature of 1°C. As for refinement, only 20% of the masses pass through barriques.
Characteristics of this Calalenta wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory notes recall white-fleshed fruit, especially apricot and apricot. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and with a persistent aftertaste.
