Description du vin
A sensational wine of the Tommasi winery from Veneto. It is an IGT product which comes from the MONTE CROCE vineyard in the Monteforte area. It is used 100% of Garganega grapes. There are 4-6 months of withering of the grapes and 12 months in French oak barrels.
Characteristics of the Passito Bianco del Veneto “Monte Croce”
It has an amber bright color. The smell is elegant with acacia flowers aromas. The taste is harmonic, bodied and velvety.
Suggested pairings with this Passito of the Tommasi Winery
It is perfect with aged cheeses and with the dry bakery. The service temperature must be 12°C and it must be served in a little wine glass for sweets one.
