From the vinification in absolute purity of 100% pure Moscato grapes. The origin is the classic one of Sardinia. The vinification takes place at the end of the harvest, the bunches withered on the plant are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments very slowly in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Before bottling, Moscato ages for a few months in steel tanks.
