Nero d’Avola IGT Terre di Sicilia is a Sicily region wine. Grapes used to produce this typical wine are 100% Nero d’Avola and vineyards are located in Rosolino, Pachino, Portopalo and Noto territories. It has a quite good ageing potential.
Nero d'Avola "Terre di Sicilia"'s features
It displays an intense ruby red colour, with purplish reflections. Bouquet is characterized by watermelon, leather and coffee notes. Fresh and light in taste with a subtle tannic aftertaste.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Elorina winery
It can be perfectly paired with aged cheeses, game meat, grilled meat and stew red meat. It should be served at a temperature of 18°C in a wide crystal glass. A decantation of one hour before serving is suggested.
