A prestigious wine that makes its producer famous worldwide. Moscato d’ Asti DOCG is produced with 100% Moscato grapes, cultivated in Mango d’ Alba. The wine-making considers a few hours of fermentation and maceration on skins and then the soft pressing. The foam formation is managed in autoclave at 4°C for 20 days. After the fermentation, the wine is stabilized and cooled at -4°C, then the micro-filtration and the bottling. The aging in the bottle lasts some weeks.
