Langhe Chardonnay "ASSO DI FIORI" DOC Braida

This wine expresses in Piedmont an excellent interpretation. It praises the denomination Langhe Chardonnay DOC. It is produced with Chardonnay grapes, harvested late in order to increase the fruity sensations and the quantity of sugar. The vineyards, called Serra dei Fiori, are located in Trezzo Tinella. The wine-making begins with the soft pressing, where the free-run must is extracted. It is clarified and decanted, then it is poured into oak containers where it ends the fermentation and rests for 8 months. It continues the aging in the bottle for at least 8 months.

The organoleptic analysis reveals a straw yellow colour full of gold shades. Its wide and enchanting perfume is characterized by fruits, vanilla and smoked sensations. The taste is fabulous and pleasant. It expresses the perfect balance between fruits and wood.
