A wine produced by the Ariola winery from Emilia and it is honored by the IGT Emilia certification with the “Malvasia di Candia” grapes at 100%. It belongs to the Gran Cru line which are sparkling wines cultivated on the Parma hills. They are intense and tasty but also fresh, fragrant, deep and persistent. Forte Rigoni is synonym of Malvasia. An aromatic white wine rich and elegant produced in autoclaves or with the Charmat method.

It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and rich foam. The smell has peach and white and yellow pulp fruits, rosehip and fresh grape berries aromas. The taste is soft, balanced and persistent.

It is a meal wine perfect for aged cheeses, eggs starters and lake fishes. The service temperature must be 8-10°C and the proof 11%.
