This elegant wine by Braida praises the denomination Langhe DOC Riesling. It is produced with 100% Riesling Renano, cultivated in the vineyards “Sierra dei Fiori”, in Trezzo Tinella. The plants have a wonderful exposition that make them benefit for some hours of the direct sunrays. The manual harvest considers a careful selection of the grapes in the vineyards. The soft pressing is followed by the fermentation, managed in inox containers at controlled temperature. The must rest there until the bottling and then, it continues its aging process for at least 6 months.

Intense straw yellow colour. Its classy and deep perfume expresses fruity sensations at the beginning, acquiring minerality with the aging. The taste is fresh due to the deep sourness caused by the elevation of the lands. It is a savoury and concentrated wine with an interesting persistence.

Excellent with raw or cooked fish. It has to be served at 12°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
