The "Concerto Grosso" is a pure Gewurztraminer that comes from vineyards located about 400 meters above sea level. Before fermentation, the skins are macerated for about 6 hours. The grapes are then softly pressed, and the must undergoes a static clarification. The following fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature.
Gewurztraminer "CONCERTO GROSSO" DOC's features
"Concerto Grosso" is a Gewurztraminer that in the glass is presented with a light color and little load, which recalls the tone of gold. The nose is rich with intense fruity and floral notes, from which emerges a slight touch of clove. In the mouth it has a good body, with a slight sapid, long and persistent note.

Ottimo con piatti a base di pesce ma anche con formaggi erborinati. Servire ad una temperatura di 12° in calice non molto ampio
