From the vinification of Gewürztraminer grapes. The origin is the classic one of La-vis, Trentino Alto Adige. Vinification after manual harvesting around the third decade of September, 8-hour cryomaceration, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, aging for 10-12 months before bottling, aging in bottle minimum 6 months.

This wine has a golden yellow color. The delicately aromatic scent, with hints of dog rose, citrus scents of cedar and lime. Then ginger in the background. The taste has a full, snappy flavor with yellow flowers and acacia honey to outline an elegant and complex gustatory phase. Tense and persistent finish with always present acidity.
