Wine description
Falanghina "Janare Anima Lavica" by La Guardiense winery is a label produced only with 100% Falanghina grapes in vineyards that have their roots in volcanic tuff soils, where it finds all the mineral facets of the area. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified and fermented in steel for a few months.
Characteristics of this wine from Campania
The wine has a bright and brilliant straw yellow color; the nose is characterized by citrus and wild flowers. In the mouth it is mineral, savory and vertical and with an enviable freshness.
