The grape variety used for its vinification is 100% pure Dolcetto. The production area is that of the municipality of Treiso. The vinification involves alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7-10 days at a temperature of 24-25°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The aging of the wine provides a short stop in stainless steel tanks before bottling, carried out in the spring following the harvest. It is put on the market after 1-2 months of aging.
Characteristics of this Dolcetto d'Alba Doc
The organoleptic analysis shows that the wine has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The bouquet opens with a vinous bouquet, fruity, very intense, very pleasant and very persistent. The taste has a pleasantly dry taste, good fabric, harmonious and velvety, with a distinct almond aftertaste.
