Custoza DOC CECILIA BERETTA PASQUA

This white wine from Veneto is made from a blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Garganega, Cortese and Malvasia grapes. It is a light, fresh and particularly delicate wine, which is why Custoza is also known as the “wine of ladies”. The vineyards are located in the classic Custoza growing area, on morainic soils. After pressing, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 6-7 hours at a controlled temperature of 8-10°C. Selected yeasts are then added to start fermentation, followed by ageing in steel tanks until bottling.

Characteristics of this Veneto white wine

It has a bright straw yellow colour with a particularly fruity and floral bouquet; on the palate, it is harmonious and well-structured.
