The Bramasole is the best expression of the territory and the typicality of the area and it reminds the warm wind of the Montepulciano hills which gives all the strength and the body thanks to the full and structured taste. It is honored by the Cortona DOC Syrah certification. The grapes used for this wine are 100% Syrah. The manual picking of the grapes takes place at the end of September. After the destemming and the pressing it starts the maceration process of the grapes firstly at low temperatures to extract the aromas and lately at 28°C to extract the fruity aromas. The maceration of the must with their own peels lasts three weeks. The wine obtained is put in new French oak barrels where it takes place the malolactic fermentation and the final aging period of 18 months.

The red wine Bramasole of the La Braccesca winery is fine and elegant with white prune, blackberry, black pepper and tobacco aromas. It has a long and sapid ending with sweet tannins.

Bramasole Syrah DOC La Braccesca is a body and structured wine which is perfect with Tuscany food.
It has to be served at 18°C in a Ballon wine glass.
