Wine description
Colli di Luni DOC "Eutichiano" is a fresh and fruity red wine from Liguria region. Grapes used to produce this wine are 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 20% Ciliegiolo. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-26°C, for 15-20 days.
Characteristics of Colli di Luni Rosso
Intense ruby red colour. Mature fruits and currant bouquet with spicy notes. Dry and balanced taste, due to tannins.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Red wine
It should be served in a wine glass at a temperature of 18°C. It can be perfectly paired with “middle aged” cheeses, game meat, roast beef and red meat.
