Chianti DOCG BARBI

Colombini family produces Chianti, one of the most famous and appreciated red wine in Italy, since more than 100 years, using grapes that come from the vineyards of the zone. This blend is composed by 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo Nero and 3% of other red vine varieties authorized by the administration of the production zone.

Perfect with “Panzanella”, “Crostini alla Toscana”, lard of Colonnata, “Caciotta”, “Pecorino”, “Bistecca alla Fiorentina”, “fagioli al fiasco” and “scottiglia”, all typical dishes of the region. Excellent with lentils soup, beans, chicken, tripe, spit roasted pork, hare. This fabulous wine is able to age max 4 years. It has to be served at 18°C in a wide wine glass.
