This red wine from Cantina Castelvecchi is born from a blend of Sangiovese and Cannaiolo grapes. A Chianti Classico with a strong personality that boasts remarkable aging potential: a blend of perfect harmony that best represents the area and its entire thousand-year history; unique natural environments, cellar secrets passed down from generation to generation: uesto "Capotondo" is Castelvecchi's most authentic interpretation of Chianti Classico: a harmony of fragrance and softness. The grapes are carefully harvested and selected, with medium-lasting maceration for approximately 25/30 days. The refinement takes place in steel until December, then the passage in large barrel and barrique takes place for 10-12 months. Final aging in bottle for 8 months.
