Wine description
This Chardonnay Curtefranca Bianco DOC of the Ca' del Bosco winery is a white wine produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown in Erbusco and Corte Franca, near Brescia. The grapes are harvested during the month of September, after a careful selection in the vineyard, and vinified in small wooden barrels where they rest for 9 months before being bottled.
Characteristics of this white wine
To the organoleptic examination it presents itself as a wine with an intense golden yellow color characterized by fruity scents such as pear and citrus peel, ending on vanilla tones. In the mouth it is full and powerful, soft and balanced.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
Excellent with fish main courses, especially structured ones. Try it with aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a fairly large glass.
