Weinbeschreibung
This bottle is sold in silkscreen printed case.
Brut "RSRV" 4.5 comes from a careful selection of the best grapes of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes are vinified separately with parcelled fermentations. The base wines rest a few months before the creation of the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a minimum aging on the lees for at least 48 months.
Characteristics of this Champagne
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections with fine and persistent perlage. The nose has hints of white fruit, light citrus and warm biscuits.
Suggested pairings tasting this product
Excellent in combination with all dishes based on fish. Serve at 10ºC in a slender glass.
