COFFELE

In the historic center of Soave, Verona, stands the headquarters of the Coffele Company, led by Alberto and Chiara Coffele. The history of this winery is inextricably linked to the family's passion for vines and the local area: today Coffele boasts a vineyard park of approximately 25 hectares in Castelcerino, the cru located in the Soave Classico area. All the land is organic and the presence of a large wooded area significantly influences the microclimate and therefore the yield of the vineyards. For about 15 years, the Coffele Winery's production has also extended to Valpolicella, more precisely near Campiano: another four hectares have been acquired here for the production of a Valpolicella and an Amarone.
