Trento DOC Metodo Classico Brut Riserva LETRARI

The Trento Doc Brut Metodo Classico Riserva of Letrari Winery is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested among the vineyards of the south-facing hills and lulled by a mild climate that allows to originate wines of extreme vivacity and brilliance. The territory is that of Vallagarina, Trentino Alto Adige, where in 1976 Leonello Letrari founded the homonymous company. The harvest is done by hand and the subsequent stay on the lees takes at least 40 months.

Trento Doc Brut Riserva is an immediate wine, surprising for its complexity and harmony. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of high hills give a slightly deep golden color and its bubbles are very fine and persistent, with hints of bread crust, dried fruit and vanilla tones. In the mouth are found hints of ripe fruit; it is balanced, clean and persistent.
