Characteristics of the Syrah wine

It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The smell is wide, intense and complex with a perfect balanced end of jam and spices. The taste, thanks to the over-maturation of the grapes before the harvest, is full of sugar with a great structure and harmony. It is soft but decided, with the same aromas of the smell and with a red fruits and a persistent aftertaste.

The Syrah of Paladin is a wine from Veneto perfect for convivial moments such as important appetizer or after the meal especially if joined with cold cuts and medium aged cheeses. It must be served at 16°C, especially if drunk as appetizer.
