Characteristics of the Sparkling DOC Treviso wine

It has a light and limpid straw yellow color almost transparent with a lively perlage. The smell is fruity with yellow apple and pear aromas together with citrons ones such as lemon and yellow grapefruit. The taste is soft and delicate with a perfect acidity degree and a dry taste.

Suggested pairings with the Sparkling Sgajo di Zardetto

The DOC Treviso Sgajo sparkling Zardetto wine is perfect as appetizer or with light courses. The white risotto with parsley or with saffron are very good matches but also the grilled white meat or vegetables.  It has to be served at 8°C in high and tapered wine glasses.
