Wine description
Produced with 50% Malvasia Bianca and 50% Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards located in Leverano and Salice Salentino, near Lecce. The grapes harvested following the manual harvest are de-stemmed and subjected to soft pressing; followed by fermentation in barriques for 6 months and further refinement in the bottle for another 3 months.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
The organoleptic exam shows a bright yellow color and a very intense olfactory bouquet that evokes vanilla and exotic fruit. On the palate it is rich and with the right flavor as well as with a persistent finish.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Apulian white wine
Particularly suitable with all fish-based dishes, especially with octopus salad and stewed fish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C in a tapered glass.
