This blend by Manincor is composed by 35% Lagrein, 40% Merlot and 25% Cabernet, cultivated in Panholzerhof. The cultivations are located 250 meters above the sea level, with a south-east exposition and a warm climate, that make this lands the best for the cultivation of red wines. Here the soils are characterized by clay, sands and limestone. The grapes are reworked separately. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrel. 10 days maceration followed by 12 months aging on lees in oak.
