Wine description

This organic red wine from the Tenuta Viglione Winery in Puglia is made from a blend of Primitivo and Aleatico grapes. The vineyards are located in the characteristic Murgia area, with south-west exposure and an altitude of 450 metres above sea level. After mechanical harvesting in the first ten days of September, alcoholic fermentation and ageing take place, both in steel.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

It has a ruby red colour with garnet reflections; the bouquet is reminiscent of cherry, tobacco and vanilla, while the palate has pleasant hints of liquorice.
