Rosso di Montefalco RISERVA DOC Arnaldo Caprai

A noble wine belonging to the ancient Italian Aristocracy of the beginning of 1900. This wine is the pure expression of the Arnaldo Caprai winery. The denomination is Montefalco Rosso Riserva DOC and it is made with 70% of Sangiovese and 15% Merlot and Native grape variety of the area grapes. The Montefalco Rosso Riserva is the result of years of research and studies of the Arnoldo Caprai winery and it is made with the blend that rests for 20 months in barrels and it follows a long bottle refinement. The Montefalco Rosso Riserva DOC Arnaldo Caprai is a red, long and refined wine.

Characteristics of the Montefalco Rosso Riserva DOC 

It has a dark ruby red color. The smell is wide with cherry aromas together with chocolate, violet, vanilla and spices. The taste is full and soft with vibrating and velvety tannins. The end is long and bitter.
