Recioto della Valpolicella Classico "Fiorato" DOCG TOMMASI

The Tommasi Winery produces this great Recioto della Valopolicella from the "FIORATO vineyard" located in the San Pietro in Cariano hamlet in the Valpolicella Classica area. It is made with Corvina veronese 65%, Rondinella 30% and Molinara 5% grapes. It is made with withered grapes. The grapes wither for 5 months in the fruit-drying rooms and the following year in tonneaus of 5 hl. The “Fiorato” is one of the Tommasi vineyards and it is used to produce the Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG wine which is the symbol of the Veneto’s tradition. It is a classy label and its characteristic is the inviting sugars it has.

Characteristics of the sweet red Recioto della Valpolicella Tommasi wine

It has an intense and compact ruby red color. The smell has figs and cherries aromas. The taste is soft, enveloping, with a sweet balanced component.

It is the ideal wine for the end of the meal with different desserts and bakery. It is to be matched with the meringue with chocolate pearls. It must be served at 14°C in a little wine glass.
